The Janette Dean Award
The Janette Dean Award is conferred annually by OBBA for outstanding
contributions to bird banding in Ontario. It was established in memory of
Janette Fleming Dean whose death on May 6, 1993, marked a significant loss
to the banding community in both Ontario and the Caribbean.
